Who we are

This notice covers natrolegal.com and the firm’s WhatsApp channel, operated by Natro Legal Associates. Compliance services are provided through Natro Consulting. For any question or request about your data, write to contact@natrolegal.com.

What we collect

• Details you give us through our contact forms, the detailed intake form and the AML Health Check — such as your name, phone number, email address and a description of your matter.
• Messages, files and contact details you send to our corporate WhatsApp number.
• Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, assess and deliver our services, keep a record of our communications with you, and improve our website. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Only members of our team who handle your enquiry or matter. We use trusted service providers to run our systems, who process data only on our instructions:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive WhatsApp messages;
• Vercel, to host our website and internal systems;
• an AI translation service, so that we can reply to you in your language;
• Google analytics tools, for website statistics.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law and professional rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop receiving messages from us. Write to contact@natrolegal.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Access to our systems is restricted to authorised team members, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
